Friday, July 22, 2011:
A Hospitality suite will be available Friday afternoon, 5:00 p.m.. to 10:00 p.m., and Saturday afternoon up to Banquet/Dance time for any early arrivals and partygoers. As in years past, we will gather Friday evening for dinner in the hotel restaurant. Look for the time for dinner in the hospitality suite, or call Jody at 865-256-9237.

Saturday, July 23. 2011:
8:30 a.m. to finish - Golf outing at Egwani Farms Golf Club. See enclosed information. Payment in full required by June 1, 2011.

Noon to 6:00 p.m. Hospitality Suite open

7:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.1O. Casual, Mix & Mingle, Get reacquainted, heavy hors d'oeuvre banquet and cash bar (no brown bagging permitted)

8:45 to 9:00 p.m. Group picture. Copies available from photographer at an additional cost. Individual and small group pictures also available.

9:00 p.m. to 1:00 am. Dance to all those oldies - songs from the 50's and 60's - with OJ Dillon Davis.

A block of guest rooms has been reserved for us for Friday night as well aa Saturday night. Individuals will be

responsible for making their own room reservations, no later than July 8, 2011 directly with the Airport Hilton

Hotel. Please keep in mind we will have a hospitality room set up on Friday afternoon and evening, and from noon to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
